General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCS”) apply to all sales of products made on the website www.yakaparis.com by YAKA, whose registered office is located at 1 Carrefour Jouaust, 35000 Rennes, France, registered under company number 98506295900012.

By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these GTCS.

1. Products and Availability

Our products are presented on the website as accurately as possible. However, should any errors or omissions occur, YAKA shall not be held liable.

Products are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, you will be informed promptly and offered an appropriate solution (refund, replacement product, etc.).

2. Prices

The prices displayed on our website are in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included).

Shipping costs are not included in the displayed prices and will be added at checkout.

YAKA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price applicable to your order will be the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes a firm and final commitment to purchase, subject to the right of withdrawal described below.

To place an order, you must:

• Select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart;

• Review and confirm your cart, then follow the instructions for secure payment;

• Once payment has been successfully completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

4. Payment

Payment for your order may be made using the following methods:

• Google Pay

• Apple Pay

Payments are processed securely through our payment service provider. Payment information is not stored by YAKA.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver only within mainland France.

Orders are dispatched within two business days following payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

In the event of a delivery delay, you will be informed by email.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order and return one or more products.

To exercise this right, please contact us via our contact form, providing the details of the relevant order.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused, to the following address:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or the return results from an error on our part.

7. Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the applicable period, we will refund the returned items within 14 days of receiving the products.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 10 business days.

8. Product Warranty and Compliance

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects as provided under applicable French consumer law.

If a product is defective or non-compliant, we undertake to replace or refund the product, at your discretion, provided that you notify us of the issue as soon as possible.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.

If no agreement can be reached, the competent courts of Rennes, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
